2012 Duplicate Trophy Order Instructions

To obtain duplicate Golden Mike Trophies, please follow this procedure.

For station news directors, their designees or co-ordinators:

  1. Please make a list that specifies the categories for which you would like duplicates and identifies the number of trophies that are desired for each category.

  2. Send the list in an e-mail message to: administrator@rtna.org

  3. Upon verification by RTNA, you will receive a return e-mail message with instructions on how to order, pay for, and arrange for shipping of the approved trophies directly from the supplier.

For Individuals:

  1. Download the Duplicate Trophy Order Form 2012 from the RTNA website.

  2. Fill out the form and and save it to your computer.

  3. Send the filled-out form in an e-mail message to your news director, their designee, or the news manager who verified your entry along with a request for them to forward it to: administrator@rtna.org with a note authenticating your eligibility.

  4. Upon verification by RTNA, you will receive a return e-mail message with instructions on how to order, pay for, and arrange for shipping of the approved trophies directly from the supplier.

  5. Your request must be verified by RTNA before the trophy supplier will agree to make your duplicate trophy.

Cost of each trophy is $90 plus tax of $7.88 for a total of $97.88. You can arrange to pick up your trophies from the supplier in Van Nuys or have them shipped to you at a cost to be quoted by the supplier.

Duplicate Trophy requests for previous years' competitions may also be processed using this procedure.
